– Ingredients:

1 package of cornstarch biscuits
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of cream
1 can of regular milk
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon of wheat flour
2 cups of strawberries (tea)
1 teaspoon vanilla
100 g semi-sweet chocolate
1 cup of whipped cream
strawberry and whipped cream to decorate

– Method of preparation:

In a pan, place the condensed milk, the milk (reserve a little), the lightly beaten egg yolks, the vanilla and the flour mixed in the reserved milk.
Stir until it thickens.
Turn off and add the cream with the whey.
Divide the cream obtained equally into two refractory dishes.

1st Cream:
In the first refractory, add the shaved chocolate with the still hot cream.  Stir until completely melted.  Add 1 cup of chopped strawberries.  Mix and set aside.

2nd Cream:
In the second refractory, add whipped cream and 1 cup of chopped strawberries.  Mix and set aside.

– Assembly:

In a refractory, place in the following order: the second cream, the biscuits, the chocolate cream (first cream), biscuits, the second cream and the first cream.

Finally, put whipped cream in the pastry bag (medium piping nozzle) and decorate.  Spread over the pavé.
