BBQ CAKE WITH SWEET MILK

-3 eggs⠀
-4 tablespoons of butter⠀
-2 cups (tea) of sugar⠀
-2 cups (tea) of wheat flour⠀
-1/4 cup (tea) of milk⠀
-1 tablespoon of baking powder⠀
-Margarine and wheat flour for greasing and flouring⠀
Stuffing⠀

-2 cups (tea) of creamy dulce de leche⠀
-1/2 cup (tea) of cream⠀

-1/2 cup (tea) sugar⠀
-1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
Preparation method
In a mixer, beat the eggs, butter and sugar until pale and fluffy. Add the flour and milk alternately, beating to mix. Add the yeast and mix gently with a spoon.
Pour the dough into a greased and floured 25cm x 35cm pan, and bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until baked and lightly browned.
Remove from the oven, let it cool, unmold and cut in half lengthwise. ⠀
Mix the filling ingredients and fill the cake. Sprinkle the cake with the mixed topping ingredients, cut into pieces and serve immediately.
