CHOCOLATE DRIP COOKIES
Chocolate drip cookies are a delightful treat that combines the rich flavor of chocolate with the comforting texture of cookies.
Ingredients:
100 gr of butter
175 grams of sugar
1 egg
a pinch of salt
A few drops of vanilla essence
200 grams of flour
4 g of real yeast
100 gr chocolate chips
Mode of preparation:
Beat the butter at room temperature with sugar until white, add vanilla essence, a pinch of salt and egg, mix well.
Sift the flour with the yeast and combine with the previous mixture.
Finally add the chocolate drops Form a soft dough ball without kneading too much.
Leave it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Open the dough half an inch thick, cut out the circles and put them in a greased frying pan.
Finish with chocolate chips then bake 190°C for about 7 minutes.
