Radish dip

Radish dip

Our radish dip with cream cheese and quark is so delicious – you’ll be making it all the time from now on!  Whether for brunch, dinner or a picnic: the dip always works.

INGREDIENTS

1 bunch radishes (approx. 200 g each)
2 spring onions
300 g low-fat quark
100 g cream cheese (double cream level)
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt
freshly ground pepper

PREPARATION

1. For the radish dip, remove the greens from the radishes, wash them thoroughly, drain them and dice finely.  Wash the spring onions, drain them and cut them into rings.

2. Put the quark, cream cheese and olive oil in a bowl and stir with a whisk for 2-3 minutes until creamy.

3. Fold in the radishes and spring onions and season with salt and pepper. 

Enjoy radish dip with whole grain bread or baked potatoes.
