Crunchy CHOCOLATE DONUTS

Crunchy chocolate donuts are a delightful treat for any chocolate lover. With a rich cocoa flavor and a satisfying crunch, these donuts offer a perfect balance of sweetness and texture. Each bite is a heavenly experience, as the crispy exterior gives way to a soft, pillowy center.

Ingredients (6 pcs):

Bottom
– 150g dark chocolate 70-90%
– 30g of creamy peanut butter (I use it from trecnutrition, brilliant consistency)
– 25g of expanded millet/buckwheat/quinoa

Preparation:

1) Add peanut butter to the chocolate melted in a water bath.  Mix until combined.  Add the expanded millet/buckwheat/quinoa and mix thoroughly.

2) Put the prepared mass into a donut mold (I recommend a silicone one) – I made 6 pieces.  Place in the freezer for at least an hour to harden.

3) Remove from the molds and store in the fridge – enjoy!
