CHOCOLATE CUPCAKE

A chocolate cupcake is a delightful treat, beloved by many for its rich, indulgent flavor and moist texture. It begins with a soft, chocolate-infused batter, typically made by combining flour, cocoa powder, sugar, eggs, butter, and milk.

INGREDIENTS

PASTA:

• 1 cup of chocolate powder
• 2 cups of sugar
• 3 cups of wheat flour
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup of milk
• 3/4 cup oil
• 1 tablespoon of baking powder

FILLING:

• 300 g of semi-sweet chocolate
• 150 g of whey-free cream

METHOD OF PREPARATION

PASTA:
1. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl and the liquids and eggs in another.

2. Combine the two mixtures, mixing well with a wooden spoon.

3. Place the dough in special molds for baking and place in a preheated oven at 180º C for 10 minutes or until well baked (test with a toothpick).

FILLING:

1. Melt the chocolate and mix with the cream until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.

2. Use to decorate when the cupcakes are cold and, if you want, decorate with a variety of sprinkles
