Chicken Recipes

Chicken tart sauce

Chicken tart sauce

Ingredients

1 pack of drumsticks
2 potatoes
2 onions
2-3 green peppers
1 capia
1 head of garlic

For the tomato paste sauce

1 tablespoon of yoghurt
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teacup of oil
salt black pepper chili powder powdered pepper
Oregano

First, let’s boil the drumsticks and let them cool a little (since the sauce contains yoghurt, hot drumsticks may spoil the taste of the sauce).

First, cut the onion and then the potatoes into rounds and arrange them on the tray, then apply the sauce with the help of a brush.

Let’s coat the boiled drumsticks in the sauce, place them on the tray and add the peppers and garlic.  Let’s arrange the tomatoes on the sides.

Let’s mix the remaining sauce with half a glass of water, pour it on the tray and bake it in the oven at 180 degrees until the potatoes are cooked (I baked it for exactly 1 hour).
