Oreo Cheesecake

Ingredients

Base (for 18cm mold
16 Oreo Cookies
4 tablespoons melted butter

Stuffed:

2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin (optional)
16 Oreo Cookies
500 milliliters of whipping cream
200 grams of Cream Cheese
6 tablespoons of icing sugar
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Decor:

Oreo cookies to taste

Preparation

-In a bowl, crush the Oreo cookies along with their filling until they are finely pulverized or powdered.

-Then, add the butter and mix well until forming a compact and sandy base.
-Pour the mixture into the mold and spread with the help of a spatula until you obtain a uniform and flat base.  Reverse.

Stuffed:

-With the help of an electric mixer, beat the Cream at room temperature for 3 to 5 minutes until it doubles in size.  You should obtain a creamy and smooth mixture.  Booking.

-In a separate bowl, add the Cream Cheese, Icing Sugar, and Vanilla and mix with the electric mixer until creamy.

-Then, combine both mixtures in a single bowl and integrate well.

Hydrate the gelatin with 10 tablespoons of water and microwave it for a few seconds until it melts, then add it to the mixture and stir until integrated.

-Separately, crush the Oreo Cookies into small pieces and add to the filling mixture.
-With the help of a spatula, integrate the mixture with the Oreo Cookies and combine well.

-Then, pour the filling over the base in the mold until reaching the edge.

-Spread well and add more Oreos to taste for decoration.

-Refrigerate for approximately 3 hours until firm.

Tips:
-You can add the decoration after refrigerating the Cheesecake base and filling.
