Mango Ice Cream

Mango ice cream is a delicious tropical explosion in every spoonful, with its sweet and refreshing flavor reminiscent of warm summer days.  Its vibrant yellow color and creamy texture make it an irresistible pleasure for any palate.  A taste experience that transports you directly to sunny and exotic beaches!

Ingredients:

• 3 ripe mangoes, peeled and cut into pieces

• 1 cup sugar (you can adjust according to your sweetness preference)

• 1 cup heavy cream or whipping cream

• 1 cup of whole milk

• 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Make sure the mangoes are very ripe for a sweeter, more natural flavor in your ice cream.  Also, consider adding a touch of lemon to enhance the flavor and balance the sweetness of the mango.

Preparation:

1. In a food processor or blender, blend the mango pieces with the sugar and lemon juice until you get a smooth mixture.

2. Add the heavy cream and milk to the mango puree and mix well until completely incorporated.

3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer’s instructions to make the ice cream.

4. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours, stirring every hour to prevent large ice crystals from forming.

5. Once the ice cream is ready, serve it in cups or cones and enjoy your homemade mango ice cream.  You can decorate it with fresh mango pieces if you wish!
