Radish dip
Our radish dip with cream cheese and quark is so delicious – you’ll be making it all the time from now on! Whether for brunch, dinner or a picnic: the dip always works.
INGREDIENTS
1 bunch of radishes (approx. 200 g each)
2 spring onions
300 g low-fat quark
100 g cream cheese (double cream level)
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt
freshly ground pepper
PREPARATION
1. For the radish dip, remove the green parts from the radishes, wash thoroughly, drain and dice finely. Wash the spring onions, drain and cut into rings.
2. Put the quark, cream cheese and olive oil in a bowl and stir with a whisk for 2-3 minutes until creamy.
3. Fold in the radishes and spring onions and season with salt and pepper. Enjoy the radish dip with wholemeal bread or baked potatoes. Enjoy!
