Green asparagus pan

The green asparagus pan is fried in a flash, totally easy and SO delicious! Together with tomatoes and shrimp, the fried asparagus becomes a dream meal.

INGREDIENTS

500 g green asparagus
8 black tiger prawns (size 18/20)
10 cherry tomatoes
1 – 2 cloves of garlic
4 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp Aceto Balsamico di Modena
Salt and pepper

PREPARATION

1. Wash the green asparagus, cut off about 2-3 cm at the bottom. Peel the asparagus from the middle down and cut into 3 cm pieces.

2. Peel the shrimp, if necessary, remove the intestines. Halve the shrimp lengthways and pat dry. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Peel the garlic and chop finely.

3. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the asparagus pieces for about 2 minutes. Add the shrimp halves and fry for about 2 minutes. Add the garlic and tomatoes, fry for another 2 minutes and deglaze with the Aceto Balsamico di Modena. Season with salt and pepper and remove from the heat. Enjoy!
