Tiramisu Chicolate Balls
Ingredients
1 cup mascarpone cheese
1 cup crushed ladyfingers (or sponge cake)
2 tablespoons espresso or strong coffee, cooled
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For Coating:
cocoa powder
Dark or white chocolate melted

Method
In a mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, crushed ladyfingers, espresso, sugar, and vanilla extract.
Mix until well combined and the mixture holds together. The ladyfingers can be soaked in coffee first then crushed and mixed with everything else.
Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place the truffles for 1–2 hours into the freezer or until firm.
Dip frozen chocolate into melted chocolate or dust with cocoa powder and enjoy!
