Blueberry Bliss Cheesecake

Ingredients

200gm of smash biscuits
100 g beurre fondu
500 g cream cheese
200 g sucre
250 ml whole liquid cream
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
200 g of fresh blueberries
150 g of blueberry jam
1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Instructions

1. Mix crushed cookies with the melted butter and press in a hinged mold to form the base. Put in the refrigerator.

2. Whip the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until it gets a smooth texture.

3. Whip the liquid cream separately until it is firm, then gently insert it into the cheese mixture.

4. Spread half the cream on the biscuit base.

5. Mix blueberries with jam and lemon juice, then spread over cream.

6. Add the rest of the cream on top and smooth the surface.

7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or all night.

8. Garnish with fresh blueberries before serving.
