Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients (for the cake):

•    3 eggs
•    1 cup granulated sugar
•    1 cup milk
•    ½ cup vegetable oil
•    2 tablespoons cocoa
•    2 cups flour
•    1 packet baking powder
•    1 packet vanilla extract

For the cream:
•    2.5 cups milk
•    2 tablespoons flour
•    2 tablespoons cocoa
•    1 teaspoon sugar
•    80 g dark chocolate
•    1 packet vanilla extract

For the topping:
•    Chocolate shavings or chocolate sauce

Preparation:

1.    Prepare the cake: Beat the eggs and sugar. Add milk and oil. Then add cocoa, flour, baking powder, and vanilla and mix. Pour into a greased pan and bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.

2.    Make the cream: Cook the milk, flour, cocoa, and sugar in a saucepan. Once it boils, remove from heat, add the chocolate, and stir. When it cools, add the vanilla.

3.    Assemble the cake: Once the cake has cooled, cut it in half. Spread cream between the layers and on top.

4.    Decorate: Drizzle chocolate sauce over the top or sprinkle with grated chocolate. Decorate with strawberries

It tastes much better after resting for a few hours!
