I’ll teach you how to make
Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

1 cup wheat flour (120 g)
1 cup sugar (200 g)

1 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (50 g)

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 pinch of salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup vegetable oil (120 ml)
1 cup milk (240 ml)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation:

1. Liquefy the ingredients: In a blender, combine the milk, oil, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cocoa powder, and finally the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Blend until smooth.

2. Resting the mixture: Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it sit for 5 minutes to allow the air to absorb.

3. Cooking in a pot:

Spread a pot with a little butter or oil and cover it with wax paper (optional).

Pour in the mixture.

Cook over very low heat, with the pot covered, for about 40-50 minutes, without uncovering the lid for the first 30 minutes.

4. Check: Insert a toothpick; if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
5. Let it cool: Carefully remove from the pan and let it sit before cutting.

Optional: You can cover it with chocolate ganache (melted chocolate with milk cream) for an extra touch.
