Ingredients
For the cake:
1 and ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
½ cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup hot water or hot coffee (for richer flavor)
For the chocolate ganache:
200 g dark or milk chocolate (chopped)
100 ml heavy cream
For decoration:
Chocolate sprinkles
Colorful chocolate candies (like M&M’s or Smarties)

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a bundt cake pan.
2. Make the batter:
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Gradually pour in the hot water (or coffee), stirring until the batter is well combined and slightly thin.
3. Bake:
Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
Bake for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then remove it and let it cool completely.
4. Prepare the ganache:
Heat the heavy cream in a small pot (don’t boil).
Pour it over the chopped chocolate and stir until smooth and glossy.
5. Decorate:
Pour the ganache over the cooled cake, letting it drip down the sides.
Sprinkle chocolate sprinkles on top.
Add colorful M&M’s for decoration.
