FLAN AND CHOCOLATE CAKE
COOKIE, FLAN AND CHOCOLATE CAKE 🍪✨
Irresistible layers of flavor! Easy to make, delicious and with that touch that everyone falls in love with.
INGREDIENTS
• 2 packages of Maria cookies (or your favorite)
• 1 sachet of instant flan (prepared according to instructions)
• 500 ml of milk (for the flan and soaking the cookies)
• 200 g of dark chocolate (for the topping)
• 100 ml of heavy cream (for the topping)
• Chocolate shavings to decorate

PREPARATION
1️⃣ Prepare the flan: follow the instructions on the sachet and let it cool.
2️⃣ Make the layers: lightly soak the cookies in warm milk and place them in a springform pan. Cover with a layer of flan. Repeat until the pan is full.
3️⃣ Make the topping: heat the cream, remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate. Mix until you get a shiny ganache.
4️⃣ Pour the ganache: over the last layer of cookies and level. Decorate with chocolate shavings.
5️⃣ Refrigerate: let it cool for at least 4 hours (or better all night!) so that it takes consistency.
