Carrot salad

Carrot salad

The carrot salad tastes as good as grandma’s and is so easy to prepare! With raw carrots and a classic dressing, the salad is perfect.

INGREDIENTS

500 g carrots
40 ml white balsamic vinegar
1 lemon
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp salt
70 ml sunflower oil (or rapeseed oil)
a little parsley

PREPARATION

1. For the carrot salad, peel and clean the carrots. Grate into strips and place in a large bowl. Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice. Pour the lemon juice into a small bowl or glass and mix with the vinegar. Stir in the honey and salt and leave to stand for a few minutes until the honey has dissolved.

2. Stir in the oil, mix well and marinate the carrots with the dressing.  Pluck the parsley from the stalk, chop finely and decorate the salad with it. Enjoy!
