ORANGE AND COCONUT CAKE

The Orange and Coconut Cake is a delightful dessert that combines the zesty flavor of oranges with the tropical sweetness of coconut.

This moist and flavorful cake is made by blending fresh orange zest and juice into the batter, infusing it with a citrusy aroma and tangy taste.

Ingredients:

300 g flour
150g sugar
3 eggs
120ml oil
100ml orange juice
Orange zest
16g baking powder
Apricot jam
Coconut
Salt

Preparation:

1. Pour the eggs, a little salt and sugar into a mixing bowl.  Mingle.

2. Add juice and oil.  Sift the flour into the mixture.  Mingle.

3. Add the orange peel and baking powder.  Mingle.

4. Pour onto a baking sheet.  Bake at 360°F/180°C for 25 minutes.

5. Cover the cake with apricot jam and sprinkle with coconut.  Serve
