Strawberry jelly is a delightful spread that captivates taste buds with its sweet and vibrant flavor. Made from ripe strawberries, sugar, and pectin, it boasts a luscious consistency that effortlessly glides onto toast or enhances desserts.


1 cup of prepared chocolate-flavored milk drink
1 package of champagne cookies (200g)
2 cups chopped milk chocolate
1 can of serum-free cream
1 box strawberry flavored gelatin powder
2 cups clean strawberries, cut in half
2 cups whipped cream (purchased ready-made)
Strawberry flavored ice cream syrup
Whole strawberries to decorate

Preparation mode:

Moisten the cookies in Toddynho and line the bottom of a medium round baking dish with the cookies.  Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and mix it with the cream. 

Spread over the cookies and refrigerate for 30 minutes.  Dissolve the gelatin according to the package instructions and pour it over the chocolate cream.

Scatter the strawberries decoratively over the gelatin and refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm.  Spread the whipped cream over the gelatin with strawberries, prick and sprinkle with the strawberry syrup, scrape. 

Decorate with strawberries and serve.
