• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

• Juice of 1 lemon

• Salt and pepper to taste

Before making shrimp cocktail in pink sauce, make sure you have cooked shrimp and a pink sauce ready to mix.  Enjoy your cocktail!

Preparation

• In a large bowl, combine the cooked and peeled shrimp with the lemon juice.  Let marinate for a few minutes while you prepare the sauce and vegetables.

• In another bowl, mix all the pink sauce ingredients: mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and horseradish sauce if you want a spicy touch.  Stir well and season with salt and pepper to taste.  Adjust the amount of horseradish and lemon sauce according to your flavor preference.

• In the bowl with the marinated shrimp, add the chopped red onion, bell peppers, celery and cilantro.  Mix everything carefully.

• Add the pink sauce to the shrimp and vegetable mixture.  Stir well to make sure all the ingredients are coated with the sauce.

• Optionally, you can serve the shrimp cocktail in individual glasses on iceberg lettuce or romaine lettuce leaves for a more elegant presentation.

• Refrigerate the shrimp cocktail for at least 30 minutes before serving so the flavors can blend and cool properly.

Ready!  Now you have a delicious shrimp cocktail recipe in pink sauce to enjoy as an appetizer or starter.  You can decorate with lemon slices and fresh cilantro before serving.  Enjoy!
