Meringue with strawberry and chocolate

Meringue with strawberry and chocolate is a divine dessert that marries the light, airy texture of meringue with the luscious flavors of ripe strawberries and rich chocolate.

Ingredients

– 3 units of egg white
– 6 tablespoons of sugar 1/2 can of whey-free cream
– 1 envelope of colorless gelatin
– 1 small box of strawberries150 grams of chopped milk chocolate
– 1/2 can of cream
– Strawberry to decorate

Method of preparation:

Using a mixer, beat the egg whites, gradually add the sugar and continue beating until firm peaks form.
Add 1/2 box of cream and gelatin hydrated and dissolved according to the instructions on the package and mix gently.

Add the chopped strawberries and place in a 20 cm diameter mold with a removable bottom.
Put it on the freezer until it gets solid.

Cover:

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and mix in the rest of the cream.
Unmold the meringue and cover with chocolate.
Decorate with strawberries and serve immediately.
