CHOCOLATE GANACHE Cake
A Chocolate Ganache Cake is a heavenly delight for those with a sweet tooth. This decadent dessert features layers of moist and rich chocolate cake, generously coated with a glossy layer of chocolate ganache.
Ingredientes:
200 G OF MILK CREAM
10 G WHITE VINEGAR
380 G WHEAT FLOUR
100 G CHOCOLATE POWDER
10 G OF BAKING POWDER
5 G OF SODIUM BICARBONATE
200 G OF UNSALTED BUTTER AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
400 G OF SUGAR
2 EGGS
100 G OF COLD COFFEE COFFEE
FILLING AND DECORATION:
HALF-BITTER CHOCOLATE GANACHE
500 G UHT MILK CREAM
600 G HALF-BITTER CHOCOLATE IN PIECES
MILK CHOCOLATE GANACHE
300 g UHT MILK CREAM
600 g MILK CHOCOLATE
1. Mix the cream and vinegar and set aside.
2. Sift the flour with the chocolate powder, baking powder and bicarbonate. Reserve.
3. Beat the butter with the sugar until it becomes creamy and add the eggs, one by one. Add the cream with the vinegar, mix and add the sifted flour. Blend until smooth. Finish by adding the coffee and beating until mixed.
4. Place the dough in two round molds measuring 20 cm in diameter, greased and floured, and place in the preheated oven at
180 °C for approximately 45 minutes.
FILLING AND DECORATION
1. Heat the cream until almost boiling and pour over.
chopped semi-sweet chocolate.
2. Wait 1 minute and, using a whisk, stir until smooth. If there are any pieces of chocolate left, heat the mixture in a bain-marie.
Do the same process for the milk chocolate ganache.
ASSEMBLY:
1. Cut each dough in half horizontally.
2. Use a 20 cm diameter ring to assemble the cake, alternating layers of dough and filling.
3. Leave it in the fridge for 5 hours.
4. Remove from the refrigerator and the rim and decorate.
5. Finish by decorating the edges of the cake with milk chocolate ganache.
