CREAM CHICKEN
Cream chicken, a culinary delight, showcases tender chicken pieces bathed in a luxurious and velvety cream-based sauce. This dish typically begins with sautéing seasoned chicken until it achieves a golden brown perfection, imparting a rich flavor.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
1 Tablespoon of Onion finely chopped 1 Clove of Garlic finely chopped
1 Can of Evaporated Milk
1 Cup of NESTLÉ Media Crema 3/4 Cup of Chicken Broth
1 Tablespoon of
Cornstarch
1 Tablespoon of powdered chicken broth 5 Pieces of cooked and skinless chicken
2 sprigs of fresh parsley, disinfected and finely chopped
2 Sprigs of disinfected fresh Rosemary 1-Heat the butter, fry the onion with the garlic, cook until they change color.
Blend the previous mixture with the Evaporated Milk, the Media Crema, the chicken broth, the starch and the chicken broth.
2-Heat what you blended until it thickens slightly, stirring constantly.
3-Add the chicken to the sauce, cook for 3 more minutes, serve and decorate with the parsley and rosemary. Offers.
