CHICKEN TO THE BEER

This recipe can be made with any part of the chicken, not just the thighs and legs, but these are

Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Reserve

Put the cup of water and cornstarch in a bowl and mix well. Reserve

Heat three tablespoons of oil in a pot, when it is hot, add the chiles de arbol and fry them for 15 seconds, then remove them.
