10 eggs,
2 cups of sugar,
1 small tea glass of hot water,
1 tablespoon lemon juice,
2 packets of baking powder,
2 packs of vanilla,
2 cups of flour,
1 glass of starch.

For the cream;

1 liter milk,
5 full tablespoons of flour,
4 full tbsp starch,
7 tbsp sugar,
2 tbsp cocoa,
80 grams of milk chocolate,
1 pack of powder whipped cream,
2-3 tbsp liquid cream.

Inner material;

Dragee peanut, banana

To plaster;

3 boxes of whipped cream,
2 glasses of water.


To make the sponge cake, let’s break the egg yolks and whites into separate bowls, start beating the white. When it starts to thicken, add lemon juice and half of the sugar and beat until it becomes shaving foam.

For the yolk; 

Let’s add sugar and hot water little by little and beat at the highest speed of the mixer for about 7 minutes until it reaches the consistency of cream.  Then, let’s add all the dry ingredients to the egg yolk and beat it with a mixer.

Put the egg white into the other mixture, mix it in 3 moves, with soft movements from bottom to top, without extinguishing the egg whites, let’s mix it slowly, let’s leave it when it reaches a homogeneous consistency, and without waiting, let’s cut a square of 25×33 cm with greaseproof paper under it, which we arranged beforehand. Let’s pour it into our mold and bake it in the oven at 160 degrees until it turns golden brown for 30 – 35 minutes. 

For the cream; 

Let’s put all the ingredients except the cream and whipped cream into the pot and add the chocolate, stirring constantly until it boils, then let it cool down. After it cools down, add the cream and whipped cream and beat it with a mixer.

Let’s divide the sponge cake into 3, soak each layer with sweetened milk, put cream on it, put banana and peanut dragees on the middle layers, and finally cover it with whipped cream, pour ganache on the edges of the cake and decorate it as we wish. 

I made jelly so that the fruits on it do not darken. Let’s put half a glass of water, 1 teaspoon of starch and 1 teaspoon of sugar in the coffee pot. When it boils, let’s take it off the stove and spread it on the fruits.
