Chicken pate
Chicken pâté is a rich and flavorful spread made from cooked chicken liver, butter, herbs, and sometimes other ingredients like onions, garlic, and cognac or brandy for added depth.
Ingredients
200 grams of cream cheese
300 grams of mayonnaise
500 grams of chicken
3 tablespoons of ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon of dehydrated garlic
1 grated carrot
Olive and oregano
Green scent to taste
salt
Black pepper
Method of preparation
First, place the cooked and shredded chicken in a bowl. Add chopped olives, oregano, green chillies, dehydrated garlic, black pepper and grated carrots. Mix carefully to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.
Then add the mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise and cream cheese to the mixture. Stir vigorously to ensure perfect integration of all flavors.
Apply to sandwiches, fried dough straws or cold pie filling.
