Ground beef parmigiana
Ground beef parmigiana is a delightful twist on the classic Italian dish, usually made with chicken or eggplant.
To make it, start by browning ground beef with onions and garlic, then layer it in a baking dish with marinara sauce and slices of mozzarella cheese.
Ingredients:
600 grams of ground beef
6 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
2 chopped tomatoes without skin and seeds
1 chopped onion
3 cloves of garlic
Chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1 sachet of tomato sauce
150 grams of ham
150 grams of mozzarella cheese
Preparation method:
Cook the potatoes in salted water, mash and set aside.
In a pan, add the onion, garlic and then the ground meat, let it fry. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix the meat with the mashed potatoes, add 2 chopped tomatoes, chopped parsley, salt and black pepper .
Place the dough in a refractory, spread well, cover with tomato sauce, spread the ham and mozzarella, place in the oven to brown
