PREPARATION
Our tip
Layers in the baking dish
You can also layer the chocolate tiramisu in a baking dish (approx. 24 x 18 x 4 cm). Then there are two layers each of cream and ladyfingers.
1st step
To make the potion, bring the milk to the boil, stir in the cocoa powder and sugar, then set aside. For the cream, roughly chop the chocolate and melt it in a bowl over a hot water bath. Cut the ladyfingers to fit the dessert glasses.
2nd step
For the cream, mix the mascarpone with the liquid cream and vanilla sugar in a bowl until smooth. Stir until the cream reaches the consistency of whipped cream. Add the melted chocolate all at once and mix straight away.
3rd step
Line the bottoms of the six glasses (200 ml each) with ladyfingers. Add 2-3 tablespoons of chocolate potion to each.
4th step
Pour a third of the cream on top. Layer the ladyfingers again on the cream and soak. Continue like this until the cream and biscuits are used up: You will have 3 layers of ladyfingers and 3 layers of chocolate cream.
5th step
Let the tiramisu cool in the glass in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Dust with cocoa powder just before serving.
