STRAWBERRY PAVÊ WITH WHITE CHOCOLATE
Strawberry Pavê with White Chocolate is a delightful dessert that combines layers of creamy white chocolate mousse with fresh strawberries and a hint of vanilla.
INGREDIENTS
500g melted white chocolate
2 cans of cream
1 package of champagne biscuits (180g)
3 boxes of strawberries cut in half (900g)
1 cup (tea) sugar
White chocolate shavings to decorate.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
In a bowl, place the chocolate, cream and mix until smooth.
In a medium baking dish, alternate layers of biscuit, chocolate and strawberries mixed with sugar, ending with strawberries and sugar.
Decorate with chocolate shavings and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Remove and serve immediately.
