Hamburger

Make your own hamburgers 🍔 🍟

We love hamburgers!  With our recipe you can now easily make the delicious classic with juicy patty, tender cheese, pickles etc. yourself!  So good!

INGREDIENTS

1 vine tomato
a few leaves of iceberg lettuce
1 red onion
4 pickles
600 g minced beef
Salt
freshly ground pepper
2 tbsp sunflower oil
4 slices of cheddar (48% dry)

ASIDE FROM THAT

4 burger buns
4 tbsp medium hot mustard
4 tbsp ketchup

PREPARATION

1. Wash and drain the tomatoes and lettuce.  Remove the stem from the tomato and cut into slices.  Clean the lettuce and tear it into bite-sized pieces.

Peel the onion and cut into rings.  Drain the pickled cucumbers and cut them into thin slices.

2. Season the minced meat with 1 teaspoon salt and pepper.  Knead vigorously for 2-3 minutes and portion into 4 equal-sized balls.

Form into patties using a burger press or a dinner ring (Ø 10-12 cm).

3. Heat oil in a pan.  Fry beef patties for 3-4 minutes on both sides.  Place a slice of cheddar on each patty, melt and keep warm.

Halve the rolls and toast them in a pan with the cut side down until golden.

4. Spread mustard and ketchup on the bottom halves of the buns.  Top with lettuce, patties, tomato, cucumber slices and onion rings.

Place the top bun halves on top and serve the cheeseburgers with French fries if desired.  Enjoy your meal!
