Minced meat and vegetable pan
The minced meat and vegetable pan with peppers is exactly how you love it: spicy, hearty and ready in half an hour! Plus: the vegetable pan with minced meat is low carb.
INGREDIENTS
1 red pepper
1 bunch of spring onions
1 medium onion
1 – 2 cloves of garlic
1 carrot
4 tbsp sunflower oil
350g mixed minced meat
¼ tsp salt
1 pinch of pepper
150 ml vegetable broth
½ tsp paprika powder
PREPARATION
1. Wash the peppers, quarter them, remove the seeds and cut them into coarse pieces.
Wash and clean the spring onions and cut them into rings.
Peel the onion, cut it into sixths and remove the leaves from the individual layers.
Peel the garlic and cut it into small cubes.
2. Peel the carrot, halve it lengthwise and cut into slices.
Heat the sunflower oil in a pan and fry the minced meat over high heat until it is brown and cooked through. Meanwhile, season with salt and pepper.
3. Add the garlic and fry over medium heat for about 1 minute, then add the remaining vegetables.
Pour in the vegetable broth and let it boil down a little.
Season the minced meat pan with vegetables with paprika powder, salt and pepper.
