MOLE CAKE IN MY POT
In classic form mole cake is a dome-shaped with cream filling. Or a time it became a small individual size cake and even commercially sold as cake mix. I am going to show you the easiest version.
Ingredients
4 eggs (at room temperature)
1 cup granulated sugar
Half a glass of oil
Half a glass of milk at room temperature
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla
Sift 3 tablespoons of cocoa
Sift 1 and a half cups of flour
Add 2 packs of whipped cream
1 glass of cold milk
2 bananas
15 strawberries
1 tea glass of chocolate chips
1 glass of milk to wet the cake
Preparation
4 eggs at room temperature,
beat 1 cup of granulated sugar until it becomes creamy, oil, milk at room temperature, milk at room temperature.
If the milk is cold, your cake will deflate. Make sure it is at room temperature.
Be sure to sift the cocoa and flour. It will make the cake rise.
After adding the vanilla and baking powder, beat it very little. Place it in a greased rectangular baking tray.
Pour it into the oven at 180 degrees and take it out of the oven by doing the toothpick test.
After it has cooled down, cut it as I showed in the video.
Do not cut it all the way to the bottom. Cut it in half.
Remove the part you cut. Wet it all over with a glass of milk. Add whipped cream and fruit mixture.
Pass the top part of the cake you took out through the food processor and close it to cover all sides.
Press it lightly with your hand, let it rest in the fridge for 4-5 minutes, then serve it.
