Minced Meat Crepe Wrap

Materials

500 grams of minced meat
2 onions
2 capia peppers
1 green green pepper
2 tomatoes
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon of red pepper powder
1 teaspoon of chili pepper
Salt

For the crepe dough;

2 eggs
2 cups of milk
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon of salt

For bechamel sauce;

2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of flour
2.5 cups of milk
Salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

For the above;

200 grams grated cheddar cheese

Preparation of

We put the minced meat in a suitable pot, add olive oil and fry it on the stove until it changes color.

Then we add tomato paste, salt and spices and mix.

We add the finely chopped onions and mix.
Then we add the peppers we chopped into small pieces and mix.

We peel the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. We add them to our minced meat.
After cooking for 3-4 minutes, we remove it from the stove.

For the pancakes, we put the eggs in a suitable bowl and beat them with a mixer for 1 minute.

Then we add milk and salt and mix, add the flour by sifting it and mix again.
We grease the pan that we have heated on the stove, pour a ladle of crepe dough, spread it quickly and cook it front and back.

For the béchamel sauce, we put the butter and flour in a suitable pan and fry it on the stove until it changes color.

Then we add milk and stir until it boils.
After it boils, add salt and black pepper, stir again and remove from the stove.

We lay our crepe on the counter, put two tablespoons of minced meat mixture on it, add a small ladle of béchamel sauce and a little grated cheddar cheese and fold it over.

We place it on our tray.
We pour the remaining béchamel sauce over our crepe and sprinkle cheddar cheese.

We bake it in the oven at 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Bon appetit to those who will try it.
