Mushroom Meatballs


For the meatballs;

300 grams of minced meat
1 onion
4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt

Other materials;

300 grams of mushrooms
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
4 cloves of garlic
1 onion
1 tablespoon tomato paste or (2 tablespoons tomato sauce)
Half a teaspoon of curry
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 glass of water
Half a tea glass of oil

Preparation of

Let’s put the minced meat into the kneading bowl.

Let’s grate the onion.

Add all the meatball ingredients and knead well.

Let’s give it round or finger-shaped shapes.

Let’s fry the meatballs in hot oil, without drying them out too much.

Let’s put it on a separate plate and cook the vegetables in the same pan.

Let’s add the onion and fry it.

Let’s add the peppers and fry them, add the mushrooms and fry them.

Add the tomato paste and spices, fry for a while, then add the meatballs on top.

Let’s add a glass of water.
Let’s cook it on low heat with the lid closed until the water evaporates.  Enjoy your meal.
