Potatoes with Bechamel Sauce
Potatoes with Bechamel Sauce is a hearty and comforting dish perfect for any occasion. To make it, start by thinly slicing potatoes and layering them in a baking dish.
Materials
5 medium sized potatoes
2.5 cups of milk
1 heaping tablespoon of flour
Salt
Black pepper
1 tablespoon butter
1 tea glass of grated cheddar cheese
Preparation of
Let’s cut the potatoes into circles and put them in my debt.
Let’s sprinkle salt on it.
Let’s melt the butter in the pot, add the flour and fry it until its smell disappears.
Add the milk, mix quickly, add black pepper and salt and cook.
Pour the bechamel sauce over the potatoes and place it in a preheated oven at 200°.
After baking in the oven for 30 minutes, take it out of the oven, sprinkle it with cheddar cheese and keep it in the oven again until the cheddar cheese melts.
