Fried potato salad 


4 medium sized potatoes
1 red pepper
1 red onion
Quarter bunch of parsley
Quarter bunch of dill
1 teaspoon sumac
1 teaspoon dried mint
1 teaspoon of chili pepper
1 teaspoon salt
juice of half a lemon
1-2 tablespoons of olive oil

To fry;
Liquid oil

Preparation of

First, let’s peel our potatoes and cut them into cubes.

Then, let’s pour oil into the pan we put on the stove and fry our potatoes after it gets hot.

Let’s put our golden potatoes on a plate lined with paper towels.

On the other hand, let’s peel the onion and cut it into slices.  Let’s mix it with our hands.

Let’s clean the inside of the red pepper and chop it into small pieces and put it in a bowl.

Let’s chop the dill and parsley finely.
Then, put the chopped onions, peppers, parsley and dill in a large mixing bowl and mix them well.

Add salt, chili pepper, sumac, mint, lemon juice and olive oil and mix, then add our potatoes and mix well one last time.

Let’s put our ready-made fried potato salad on a serving plate.  Let’s serve it with a little olive oil on top, if desired.  Enjoy your meal.
