2 red peppers
1 yellow pepper
2 small onions
1 clove of garlic
250 g chicken breast
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 pinch of sugar
20 g flour
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp sweet paprika powder
300 ml vegetable or chicken stock
2 tbsp sour cream
Pepper from the mill
½ bunch of chives

1. Wash the peppers, quarter each and remove the stalk, seeds and white walls. Cut these into 3 cm pieces. Peel the onions and garlic cloves and dice finely. Cut the chicken breast into cubes about 3 cm in size.

2. Heat a sufficiently large pot with the oil and sauté the onions and garlic over a low heat for 3 minutes, stirring. Add the peppers, season with a pinch of sugar and fry for about 2 minutes.

3. Then add the chicken breast and dust with the flour. Mix everything well and add the tomato paste and paprika powder to the pot. Roast over a medium heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

4. Pour in the vegetable stock and simmer gently for about 15 minutes until the sauce becomes creamy. Finally, add the cream and season with salt and pepper. Divide between plates and sprinkle with freshly chopped chives. Enjoy!
