Baked potato wedges

Baked potato wedges

For two portions:

6 medium-sized potatoes
➡️ wash and dry, cut into wedges and mix with 2 teaspoons of oil. Bake in the HLF at 180°C for 20 minutes.  Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.

➡️ In the meantime: Mix 250g of ground beef (or a vegan alternative) with the minced meat seasoning and salt. If you have some, add some parsley to the mixture.

➡️ Fry the minced meat in a pan and mix with 200g of chopped tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.

➡️ Dice 1 bell pepper and a few mushrooms.

➡️ When the potatoes are ready, spread the minced meat and vegetables around the potatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese.

➡️ Bake everything together again for about 10 minutes.
