SNOWY BUNS IN FRYING PAN

Ingredients:

235 ml (1 cup) milk
245 ml (1 cup) water
1 teaspoon sugar
10 g dry yeast
1.5 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons olive oil
620 g (5 cups) flour (all-purpose)
1 clove garlic
50g (1/4 cup) butter
Parsley

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough.  Let rise for 1 hour.

Divide the dough into 16 pieces.  Form balls.  Let rise for 30 minutes.

Roll out the cakes and fry in a preheated pan. 

Mix the oil with the garlic and parsley.  Grease each bun with this mixture.
