Spaghetti Bolognese

If you like pasta, you should know that they can be combined with a large number of sauces.  But, spaghetti bolognese is a traditional dish that you cannot stop preparing.  Because, your whole family will love it and it will be ideal to eat during lunch to dinner.  Additionally, you can accompany it with bread and a delicious wine.  Likewise, you can eat it in the best restaurants in the country.  Below we will describe all the steps you must follow for the preparation and its ingredients.

Ingredients

The ingredients to make spaghetti bolognese are probably in your kitchen pantry.  Well, they are usually used for multiple Mexican recipes.  These are:

• 500 grams of spaghetti.

• 400 grams of ground meat, you can choose beef or lamb according to your preference.

• 50 grams of carrot.

• 50 grams of onion.

• ½ of white wine.

• 250 grams of tomato sauce or canned tomato.

• ½ milk.

• A pinch of oregano.

• Salt and pepper to taste.

Steps

The process for preparing spaghetti bolognese is easy to follow.  That is, you will not need to be an expert in Italian food or a chef.  Even any beginner cook can make this dish, just follow these steps:

Step 1

Chop the onion and carrot into very small pieces.  Then, in a frying pan, add a splash of oil and cook over low heat to prevent burning.

Step 2

Add the carrot and onion when the oil is hot so that they brown.  Then, add the salt and let it cook for about 15 minutes or until the carrot is soft.  If you wish you can add a little water so they don’t burn.

Step 3

Add the ground beef, pepper and oregano.  Then, make enveloping movements to avoid lumps of meat that stick to the bottom.

Step 4

Then, add the white wine and place everything over high heat so that the alcohol evaporates, wait about 3 minutes.

Step 5

Add the tomato sauce or canned tomatoes.  Also, add the milk and let everything integrate, cook for 15 minutes.

Step 6

While the sauce is ready, boil 1 liter of salted water in a saucepan to make the pasta.  After it reaches the boiling point, add the spaghetti and when it is al dente add it to the sauce to serve, you can add some basil leaves to decorate.
