Toffiefee cake
INGREDIENTS:
ALL-IN-SAND MIXTURE
150 g plain flour
2 tbsp Dr. Oetker baking powder
2 tbsp baking cocoa
80 g soft butter
80 g sugar
1 pack Dr. Oetker vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
2 eggs (size M)
75 ml milk
FOR STIRRING
9 roughly chopped Toffifee
CARAMEL CREAM
1 pack Dr. Oetker Paradies Creme cream-caramel flavor
400 ml liquid whipped cream
FOR DECORATING
6 roughly chopped Toffifee
some caramel sauce
PREPARATION:
For the mixture, mix the flour with the baking powder and cocoa and sift into a mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients one by one and stir with the hand mixer (beaters) until smooth.
Fold in the Toffifee with a wooden spoon.
Pour the mixture into a springform pan (18 cm Ø) with the bottom lined with baking paper and smooth it out.
Put the pan on the rack in the lower half of the preheated oven.
Baking time: about 40 minutes.
Top and bottom heat: 180 °C
Hot air: 160 °C
Remove the baking paper from the cooled cake base. Cut the cake base in half.
For the filling, beat the paradise cream powder with whipped cream according to the instructions on the packet.
Put the cake bases together with the cream and spread it in a dome shape. Chill the cake.
Before serving, sprinkle the cake with Toffifee and drizzle with caramel sauce.
