Strawberry cream pie

Strawberry cream pie is a delightful dessert that combines the sweetness of ripe strawberries with the rich creaminess of a velvety filling. The buttery, flaky crust provides the perfect foundation for the luscious layers, creating a harmonious blend of textures.

Ingredients

Pie base:
200 grams of oat flour
2 tablespoons of butter
1 egg
3 tablespoons demerara sugar

Way of doing
Mix all the ingredients with your hands until they no longer stick, arrange the bottom and sides of a mold with a removable bottom and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

For the strawberry cream (foot bug)
2 fake condensed milk recipes
1 tablespoon of butter
1 zero strawberry gelatin

Way of doing
Place all the ingredients in a pan and stir over low heat until it comes away from the bottom, wait for it to cool.

For the nest milk brigadeiro:

2 cans of normal condensed milk.
1 tablespoon of butter
2 tablespoons of nest milk.

Way of doing
Stir everything over low heat until it no longer sticks to the bottom of the pan, wait for it to cool.
Once everything is cold, start assembling, first place the nest layer on top of the pie base, then the animal layer.
Refrigerate for a few hours
