Cauliflower with chicken breast

Best Cauliflower with chicken breast in a frying pan. Simple, quick and delicious!

Ingredients:

400g Cauliflower
300g Chicken breast
Salt
Black pepper
Sweet peppers
Vegetable oil
1 Onion
150g Tomatoes
Cheese
Parsley


Instructions:

Boil cauliflower in salted water for 1 minute.
Season chicken breast with salt and black pepper, then cook in a pan with vegetable oil until fully cooked.


Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté sliced sweet peppers and chopped onion until softened.


Add diced tomatoes to the pan and cook until they break down slightly.


Return cooked chicken to the pan and mix with the vegetables.


Place cauliflower florets in an oven-safe dish, then pour the chicken and vegetable mixture over the cauliflower.


Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
