Pastry with soda


For the dough;

1 kg of flour
2 bottles of mineral water
2 tablespoons of vinegar
5 tablespoons of watery yoghurt
1 teaspoon salt

For internal mortar;

500 g minced meat
3 medium sized onions
1 pinch of parsley
Black pepper
Red powdered pepper
red pepper flakes

To fry;

Liquid oil

Preparation of

First of all, we knead our dough, put the flour in a deep bowl and make a small pool.

Then, we obtain a smooth dough by adding yoghurt, vinegar, salt and mineral water. Let it rest for 15 minutes, then make small balls from the tangerine and cover it with a cloth.

At the end, we prepare the minced meat filling, chop the onions very small, chop the parsley finely, add the spices and mix well, and our stuffing is ready.

We open our cloths well, spread our minced meat mixture on one side and cover the other layer on top.

We cut off the excess dough on the edge with a plate like a round tea saucer.
We then add oil to a suitable pan and fry the pastries upside down and serve them hot after they are thoroughly heated.
