Birthday Cake Oreo Icebox Cake
Ingredients:
2 packages Birthday Cake Oreos
3 cups heavy cream
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Sprinkles for decoration
Additional Birthday Cake Oreos, broken into pieces
More sprinkles for garnish
Instructions:
In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Crush one package of Birthday Cake Oreos and fold them into the whipped cream mixture.
Spread a thin layer of the whipped cream mixture on the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
Place a layer of whole Birthday Cake Oreos on top of the whipped cream layer.
Repeat layers, finishing with a layer of the whipped cream mixture on top.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, top with broken pieces of Birthday Cake Oreos and more sprinkles.
