Cheesecake with chocolates

Cheesecake with chocolates 😮

Ingredients

• 190 g (6.7 oz / about ¾ cup) cream cheese
• 1 can (397 g / 14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
• 1 can (354 ml / 12 oz) evaporated milk
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) vanilla extract
• 14 g (0.5 oz / about 1 ½ tbsp) gelatin powder
• ½ cup (120 ml) cold water (for gelatin)
• 1 cup (180 g) colorful chocolates
• 1 ½ cups (180 g) crushed cookies
• ¼ cup (60 g) melted butter
1 cup (240 ml) whipped cream (optional)

Preparation:

1️⃣ Base (optional): Mix biscuits with butter, press into a mold 18 cm /7 inch or 20 cm/8 inch deep cake pan , and refrigerate.

2️⃣ Hydrate gelatine in cold water, set to bloom for 5 min. Dissolve in microwave in small burst.

3️⃣ Blend cream cheese, milk, vanilla extract and dissolved gelatine.

4️⃣ Pour into a mold, add chocolates, and refrigerate for 4 hours. You might want to freeze and layer the cake if you want chocolates spread out in the cheesecake, otherwise they will sink.

5️⃣ Unmold, decorate with more chocolates and enjoy!
