Chocolate Cake Fluffy
Chocolate Cake: Fluffy, rich and full of flavour! ๐๐

Ingredients

2 cups of wheat flour

100 g of dark or milk chocolate

1 cup of granulated sugar
โ
1 cup of milk
โ
200 g of butter
โ
3 eggs
โ
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
โ
2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
โ
1 teaspoon of baking powder
โ
Melted chocolate to decorate

Instructions
1๏ธโฃ Preheat the oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF).
2๏ธโฃ Melt the chocolate together with the butter in a bain-marie until smooth and shiny.
3๏ธโฃ Beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl until fluffy.
4๏ธโฃ Add the melted chocolate to the egg and sugar mixture.
5๏ธโฃ Add the vanilla, cocoa and baking powder, mixing well.
6๏ธโฃ Gradually add the flour alternating with the milk, mixing gently to avoid lumps.
7๏ธโฃ Bake:
โข Pour the mixture into a floured mold and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
8๏ธโฃ Fill and decorate:
โข Once cool, cut the cake in half and add melted chocolate between the layers.
โข Cover with more melted chocolate and decorate to taste.
