Pepperoni Chicken Legs
Pepperoni Chicken Legs for the WIN
Ingredients:
– 4 chicken legs
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
– 1 cup marinara sauce
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Rub chicken legs with olive oil and season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
3. Place chicken legs in a baking dish and cover with marinara sauce.
4. Scatter pepperoni slices over the top of the chicken.
5. Bake for 35-40 minutes until chicken is cooked through and reaches 165°F (74°C).
6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
Notes:
Feel free to replace chicken legs with other chicken cuts if desired.
Add your favorite veggies to the marinara sauce for extra flavor.
