Strawberry Ice Cream
Strawberry Ice Cream + Vanilla Ice Cream
Ingredients:
✅ For the vanilla ice cream:
2 cups of cream milk (whipping cream)
1 whole cup of milk
3/4 cup of sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
✅ For strawberry ice cream:
2 cups of fresh (or frozen) strawberries
1/2 cup of sugar
1 cup of cream of milk
1/2 cup whole milk
1 tsp lemon juice (optional, to enhance taste)

Preparation:
1. Make the vanilla ice cream:
Mix cream milk, milk, sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl until sugar is well dissolved.
Take the mixture to the freezer and stir every 30-40 minutes for 3 hours to keep it creamy (or use an ice cream maker if you have one).
2. Make the strawberry ice cream:
Blend the strawberries with sugar and lemon juice until it forms a puree.
Add the cream milk and milk to the strawberry puree and mix well.
Just like vanilla, freeze removing every 30-40 minutes for 3 hours.
3. Combine them up:
When both ice creams are “semi-firm” texture (like soft ice cream), place scoops of strawberry and vanilla ice cream in a large bowl, alternating them to create a marbled effect (don’t mix them too much to show both colors).
Freeze for at least 2-3 hours more to make it firm.
4. Serves:
Ready! You can serve it in balls, in a cone or in a glass, decorated with fresh strawberry pieces.
